Parson Management Consultants oversees an ongoing pavement management program for the airport. They have contracted with Lane Construction to be the on call service contractor for pavement repairs. TechCrete was first placed on Dulles International Airport in 2001 and because they were so impressed with its performance, within a few months they started placing TechCrete in a lager portion of the repair areas.
