On January 1, 2021, the senior leadership team of Crafco, Inc. took great pride in announcing the appointment of Gary Johnson to Senior Vice President and General Manager. Most recently, Johnson served as Crafco’s Vice President of Sealant Operations.
“Gary came to us with extensive experience in related industries and quickly demonstrated his versatility and range as a leader,” stated Don Brooks, President of Crafco. “A seasoned analytical thinker capable of building high-performing cultures, Gary carries a positive affective presence making him especially well-suited to lead and support the day-to-day senior management at Crafco. I have tremendous confidence in Gary’s ability to align Crafco’s innovative engine with industry-leading practices,” he added.
Johnson joined Crafco in 2019 from Stone Barn Floors, where as Vice President & General Manager he built a distribution company and brand from the ground up that continues to flourish to this day. Additional successes were earned during his tenure at Owens Corning, Sunoco R&M and Sunoco Chemicals. Prior to this appointment, Johnson was responsible for Crafco’s sealant manufacturing operations nationwide – overseeing materials management, safety and regulatory compliance, product engineering and development as well as facility and personnel management for all sealant production locations.
