The City of Garden Grove was looking for a solution to treat wide transverse cracks in its residential asphalt streets. The city had previously used fabric and overlay repair treatments, but these alternatives did not produce desired results.
Because of anticipated future budget cuts to its street-maintenance program, the city began investigating affordable and long-lasting repair solutions to extend the life of its streets.
The city tested Mastic One from Crafco as a potential solution to its widespread asphalt-pavement cracks.
